signals

Signals is a package containing functionality for dealing with operating system signals.

ie: SIGINT, SIGTERM, Interrupt, and Kill

Most of the functionality in this package is shared between multiple projects I work on. I just packaged it, so I don't have to copy and paste it over and over again.
