1. Create User wallet.

3. Send Webhook to update the balance.

Block scanner flow.

1. Scan the block header.
2. Read transactions.
3. Select transactions that belong to our wallets.
4. Check if the transaction succeed.
5. Create the record in the database.
6. Send the webhook.
