Terms of Service Agreement for this repository

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Dharmade ("Provider"), governing the use of the tool provided by Dharmade, accessible through the GitHub repository located at https://github.com/dharmade ("Tool").

By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Tool.

1. Disclaimer of Damages

The Provider, Dharmade, hereby states that the Tool is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the functionality, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Tool. The Provider disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of the Tool.

2. Assumption of Risk

User acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Tool involves inherent risks. The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Tool.

3. No Responsibility for Misuse

User agrees to use the Tool responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. User acknowledges that the Tool may have the potential for misuse or unintended consequences, and User assumes full responsibility for any actions or results stemming from such misuse.

4. Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dharmade and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with User's use of the Tool or violation of this Agreement.

5. Modification and Termination

Dharmade reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without prior notice. Dharmade also reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Agreement. Continued use of the Tool after any such changes constitutes User's acceptance of the modified Agreement.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dharmade is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Dharmade regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
