build Steps

1. Install go.
2. At the root of this project run go build .

Run Steps

1. Execute the binary.
2. Port forward 8080 so that the mobile can ping localhost:8080/
3. Upload page should be visible
4. All the uploaded files will be present in the uploaded directory
