Gotor (Golang Torrent)

Gotor is a torrent library that is written pure in golang. Previously this project called ohkaca (now as branch of this repo). ohkaca is a golang service that serve torrent over http. In recent development is hard to improve the efficiency of the app. Big part of that is underlying library of ohkaca that is Anacrolix Torrent is hard to customize.

Gotor serve two purposes, low level implementation that is everything that is BEP said and high level that is focus on ease to use.
