FAQ:

Where can I find a later version of ssh for ancient SuSE (e.g. Version 11p2) so it handles multiplexed forward?

You download it from here: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/H4T:/branches:/network/SLE_11_SP2/x86_64/openssh-6.2p2-68.1.x86_64.rpm

Then you run

rpm2cpio openssh-6.2p2-68.1.x86_64.rpm | cpio -idmv

In tunnels.cfg you set ssh parameter to the full path to the ssh binary you have extracted.
