Simple Survey Server

A simple survey server that allows users to submit a pre-setup survey and to vew the results of that survey

Bulding and Running

To build and run the server follow the following instructions:

1. Download and install the latest version of docker from http://www.docker.com/get-docker
2. Download or clone this repo git clone https://github.com/cjburchell/survey.git survey
3. In the survey directory run docker-compose up this will build the server and the docker images and also run the server
4. In a web browser browse to http://localhost:8099 to view the survey form
