This is a blanko service using postgres.

• Add a PR for ardanlabs/conf to return a map[string]interface{} for all printable configs
• Write Tests for the start server func
• Move to https://github.com/rs/zerolog
• Add decision document for config
• Add depenceny check gitlab-ci.yml
• Check bins for build, version, etc
• golangci-lint in gitlab-ci.yml
• Define service tests (with the run method to have easy debugging)
• main zum Verbinden von OS und run(context.Context, os.Args) error (mit signal)
• expvar konflikt bei service tests
• Wann custom type?
