durl - CLI to generate data-urls

durl is a tool that converts files with content (something like this sample.text file

$> cat sample.txt
i am a text

into a DATA URL (see RFC2397 https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2397) which looks like

$> durl sample.txt
data:text/plain; charset=utf-8;base64,aSBhbSBhIHRleHQK

Usage

$> durl fil1.png [file2.jpg] [file3.txt]
