Paysuper payment links service
This service designed for simple generation and handling payment links
Environment variables:

| PUBLIC_URL_PATH | - | /link/ | Path before link id in public url |
| REDIS_DB | - | 0 | Redis db |
| REDIS_HOST | - | 127.0.0.1:6379 | Redis instance host and port |
| REDIS_PASSWORD | - | Redis password (none by default) |
