func CheckpointNConsensus(logID string, distributors []client.Fetcher, witnesses []note.Verifier, N int) (client.ConsensusCheckpointFunc, error)
CheckpointNConsensus returns a ConsensusCheckpoint function which selects the newest checkpoint available from the available distributors which has signatures from at least N of the provided witnesses.
