How to create the built-in plural functions?
- Go to https://github.com/unicode-org/cldr-json/blob/41.0.0/cldr-json/cldr-core/supplemental/plurals.json
- Select the appropriate version from the tags
- Copy the file to this directory
- Run
go run .
