race-out-converter

to run the race out converter please do the following:

1. copy your race_out.json file into this directory. it must be named "race_out.json"
2. edit the name_to_guid.json file to add the names of all of the players from the
   session with their GUIDs. Please note, the name of the player must exactly match
   the name that they have in the race_out.json file.
3. run the race-out-converter executable. it should output a normal server results file.
4. ???
