Parameter

Here's a brief description of each function:

1. WithText(): Sets the text field of StickyHand to true, likely indicating the scraping of plain text content.

2. WithMarkdown(): Sets the markdown field of StickyHand to true, likely indicating the scraping of content in Markdown format.

3. WithHTML(): Sets the html field of StickyHand to true, likely indicating the scraping of HTML content.
