type IgnoreAnnotationRemoval ¶ added in v0.5.0
IgnoreAnnotationRemoval is a predicate that ignores the removal of specific Annotations in an update event. This is useful when we want to ignore updates that only remove an annotation and nothing else, which may be the case when the annotation(s) are cleared by the controller itself.

Update returns false if the update event only removed any of the Annotations, true otherwise.
NOTE: this predicate assumes that the update was to clear the annotation and nothing else. This is safe to assume as long as the helpers of the API are always used to clear the respective annotation.

PromoWentTerminal is a predicate that returns true if a promotion went terminal. Used by stage reconciler to enqueue a stage when it's associated promo is complete. Also used by promo reconciler to enqueue the next highest priority promotion.
