A fork of groupcache's lru implementation, with mutexes added.
This was forked/modified for chim, which does not handle the LRU cache in a goroutine-safe manner, natively.

Cache is an LRU cache. It is not safe for concurrent access. Modification(davidk): This LRU cache uses sync to allow safe concurrent access
func New ¶
New creates a new Cache. If maxEntries is zero, the cache has no limit and it's assumed that eviction is done by the caller.
