Thumbnail generator

This is a basic Thumbnail generator for the Raspberry Pi Slide Show project

I will be adding the code to the slide show and its related projects in other repos over time

build and run <name of binary> -h for instructions

• Comment code (seriously no comments in the code)
• GoDoc
• Create Make File
• Create create readme.md (well at least make it useful)
• Get sleep

I will be focusing on the other parts of the slideshow project before I finish the TODO section. If someone needs something from this just leave an issue

All the code I have written is licensed under the MIT license. Any code I have not uses their respective license.
