Monkey Interpreter in Go
Description
Welcome to the Monkey Interpreter in Go project, a hands-on endeavor inspired by Thorsten Ball's book, "Writing An Interpreter In Go." This project aims to implement an interpreter for the Monkey programming language, following the principles and lessons laid out in the book. Getting Started
Prerequisites
- Go installed on your machine
Installation
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/eugen252009/monkey-interpreter.git - Navigate to the project directory:
cd monkey-interpreter - Build the project:
go build
Usage
- Run the REPL:
./monkey-interpreter - Enter Monkey code in the REPL prompt and see it interpreted in real-time.

>> let y = 10;
>> let result = add(x, y);
>> result
