Overview ¶
supercheck uses the Super Check Partial callsign database from http://www.supercheckpartial.com/ to find callsigns that are similar to a given string. The result is returned as a space separated list of callsigns. The given string must be at least three characters long.
Instead of the Super Check Partial callsign database, this tool can also use call history files from N1MM Logger+ (available here: https://n1mmwp.hamdocs.com/mmfiles/categories/callhistory/).
USAGE
supercheck <string> supercheck -c <call history filename> -f <fieldname> <string>
EXAMPLE
> supercheck dneo DL1NEO KD0NEO K0NEO DJ7EO > supercheck -c WAG.txt -f Exch1 dney DL3NEY,B36 DK1EY,R09 DK8EY,R09 DN1ED,R09 DN1YL,C25 DN4EE,C26 DN6EE,H24 DN8EE,T01
CONFIGURATION
supercheck stores a MASTER.SCP file in ~/.config/hamradio. The file is automatically updated if there is a newer version available at http://www.supercheckpartial.com/MASTER.SCP. The call history files must be downloaded manually from https://n1mmwp.hamdocs.com/mmfiles/categories/callhistory/ and stored in the local filesystem.
