Declarative web scraping of Dzone Refcardz

• I am testing this framework to try to bypass the interstitial pages (bug #1). So far i wasn't all successful, but i was able to automate most of the steps. Also, some of the Refcardz are not working/are missing (006, 107, 127, 132, 226, 227, 278, 279).

• MontFerret/ferret (Installation: go get github.com/MontFerret/ferret)
