empyr
Empyr implements a game engine for Empyrean Challenge.
You can use the software in this repository to set up a game server.
The documentation in this repository explains how to manage players and games. It also explains how to submit orders and retrieve turn reports. Players will need a copy of the original rule book to understand how to play the game.
