Run it!

prompt> canihasvaccine -y/--year ####

###Config file you can also place a file in the current directory of the exeutable named canihasvaccine.yaml with the content of the year ####Example

prompt> cat canihasvaccine.yaml
year: 1981
prompt> canihasvaccine
