* Raft Consensus with Gorums

** rkvd
   =rkvd= starts a key-value store backed by [[https://github.com/relab/raft][relab/raft]].

*** Usage

    Usage of rkvd:
      -backend string
          Raft backend to use [gorums|etcd|hashicorp] (default "gorums")
      -batch
          Enable batching (default true)
      -cache int
          How many entries should be kept in memory (default 67108864)
      -catchupmultiplier uint
          How many more times entries per message allowed during catch up (default 1024)
      -checkquorum
          Require a quorum of responses to a heartbeat to retain leadership
      -cluster string
          comma separated list of server ids to form cluster with, [1 >= id <= len(servers)] (default "1,2,3")
      -election duration
          How long servers wait before starting an election (default 1s)
      -entriespermsg uint
          Entries per Appendentries message (default 64)
      -heartbeat duration
          How often a heartbeat should be sent (default 20ms)
      -id uint
          server ID
      -maxgrpc int
          Max GRPC message size (default 134217728)
      -ordergorums
          Force ordering of per node RPCs with Gorums (default true)
      -quiet
          Silence log output
      -recover
          Recover from stable storage
      -servermetrics
          Enable server-side metrics (default true)
      -servers string
          comma separated list of server addresses (default ":9201,:9202,:9203,:9204,:9205,:9206,:9207")

**** Separate machines

      # Computer(s) with client(s).
      ## Do something, i.e, run rkvctl.

**** Same machine (same shell)
      You can omit the ip to listen on localhost.
