HTTPAccess - SAP Lumira Data Access Extension
Update
This extension is built with the Version 1 SDK. Although this version is currently being supported, we have a Version 2 SDK that has many new features and is not backwards compatible with Version 1, SAP Lumira Data Access Extension SDKs - Version 1 vs Version 2
- Connect Lumira to Web APIs and create documents.
- Use this connector to send a HTTP request and parse the JSON response into a Lumira document.
- Parameters like request URL, request type, multiple headers, basic auth and body can be modified before sending a request.
master
branch: JSON parser reads all the different keys in the objects and adds int, float, string and boolean values to the document. Ignores arrays and nested structures by default.
master2
branch: Example to manually specify the structure of the response and specific keys to parse instead of reading all of them.
- Some comments are marked with a CHANGE tag where you could modify code to suit your specific requirements. You could customize the GUI, create a series of requests instead of one or parse a complex response into a csv table.
Usage
- Replace the
SAPLumira.ini
in your installation folder to the one present in the extras folder.
- Create a
daextensions
folder in <lumira-install-root>/Desktop
- Copy the
lumira-extension-da-httpaccess.exe
to the daextensions folder
- Open
SAP Lumira > New Document > External Data Source > Next > Select lumira-extension-da-httpaccess
- Change the default parameters if you'd like
- Press
Enter
