Source code to create modular telegram bot. You can make changes according to your projects.

This telegram bot is a fully modular template that needs to be tailored according to your wishes and requirements. You can find the sample completed bot in the links. Coded in Go lang, full installation is required to run.


#Telegram bot requirements-Telegram Account and Bot Token

Create a Telegram account: If you don't have a Telegram account, you'll need to create one. You can do this by downloading the Telegram app on your mobile device or using the desktop version.

Create a new bot on Telegram:

Open the Telegram app or visit the Telegram website. Search for the "BotFather" bot (username: @BotFather) and start a chat with it. Use the /newbot command to create a new bot. Follow the instructions provided by the BotFather, including choosing a name and username for your bot. Once the bot is created, the BotFather will provide you with a token. Keep this token safe, as it will be used to authenticate your bot and send requests to the Telegram Bot API. Set up your development environment:

Decide on the programming language you want to use to develop your bot. Common choices include Python, Node.js, Java, and others. Install the necessary libraries or packages for working with the Telegram Bot API in your chosen language. For example, if you're using Python, you can use the python-telegram-bot library. Write the bot code:

Use the Telegram Bot API documentation (https://core.telegram.org/bots/api) to understand the available methods and how to interact with the API. Write code to handle messages, commands, and other events your bot will respond to. For example, you might want to create a simple "Hello" command that the bot responds to.


#Telegram bot requirements-GOLANG

Setting up Go on your computer involves a few steps, including downloading and installing the Go compiler, setting up environment variables, and creating a workspace. Here's a step-by-step guide for setting up Go on a typical system:

Step 1: Download and Install Go Visit the official Go website: Go to the official Go website at https://golang.org/dl/.

Download the installer: Choose the appropriate installer for your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux). Download the installer and follow the installation instructions.

Step 2: Set Up Environment Variables Windows: Install Go: Follow the installation wizard on Windows to install Go.

Set up Environment Variables:

Right-click on the "Computer" icon and select "Properties." Click on "Advanced system settings" on the left. Click on the "Environment Variables..." button. Under "System variables," find the "Path" variable and click "Edit." Click "New" and add the path to the bin directory inside your Go installation (e.g., C:\Go\bin). macOS and Linux: Install Go: Follow the installation instructions for macOS or Linux.

Set up Environment Variables:

Open your terminal and edit your profile file (e.g., .bashrc, .zshrc, or .profile). Add the following line to export the Go binary path (replace /usr/local/go with your Go installation path): bash Copy code export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/go/bin Save the file and restart your terminal or run source <profile_file>. Step 3: Create a Workspace Go expects your projects to be organized in a specific directory structure called a workspace. By default, your Go workspace is created in your home directory. Now, you have successfully set up Go on your computer. You can start creating and running Go programs in your workspace.
