func ConfigurationAdapter(command entities.Command, entity *entities.Command, adapter *adapters.AdapterMap)

ConfigurationAdapter loads the Configuration file from three possible locations: - The path provided by the user, if any. - The current working directory - The binary path (the path where the executable is) If the file is not found in the first path the function tries the next location in the list. On the cwd and the binary path the file must be called vulnscan to be found. Json, yaml and toml extensions/formats are allowed.
