GetNewEpisodes retrieves new episodes for the given podcast subscription

func GetPodcastFromRSS(rssURL, tag string) (subscription.Subscription, error)
GetPodcastFromRSS returns a Subscription object created from the given RSS URL. It will also add the provided tag to the Subscription object
