Package custommiddleware implements echo middleware
This file was orignally copied from https://github.com/bakatz/echo-logrusmiddleware which was out of date. Updated it to handle new echo interfaces as well as making Hook() accept a logger instance to use in the closure (so that loggly hooks are used) ---- TS (29 Oct 2018 08:50:01 PM)

func Hook(level int) echo.MiddlewareFunc
Hook returns echo Middleware that can be "Use()"d by an echo server. It accepts a pre-configured Logger (unlike the original version)
